What do I need to share with you? +
Your roadmap (Notion, Jira, or a doc), recent sprint history or delivery notes, and your org chart or team structure. You'll also complete a 10-question intake brief — async, takes about 20 minutes. No investor deck or NDA required to get started.
What if I'm pre-Series A? +
This audit is most valuable once you have a delivery system in motion — at least one PM, an active roadmap, and sprints running. If you're earlier than that, the findings won't be actionable yet. Message me and I'll tell you honestly whether the timing makes sense.
Is this confidential? +
Yes. Everything you share is treated as confidential. I'm happy to sign an NDA before you share documents — just ask when you book.
Does the 72-hour clock start immediately after payment? +
The clock starts when your intake brief is complete and documents are received — not at payment. I'll send the intake brief same day as payment and schedule the Google Meet readout as part of booking.
What happens after the audit? +
You get a 14-day async follow-up window included. If after the readout you want hands-on help implementing the fixes, I offer a separate embedded delivery engagement — but there's no pressure and no upsell built into this audit.
